Responsibilities

PolyWorks USA is currently looking to hire a full-time Application Specialist,  ideally in the Detroit area. 

This position offers a number of stimulating technical challenges, more specifically:

You will be required to gain an in-depth knowledge of our solutions so that you may provide basic and expert-level technical support to our customers

You will also provide to our customers training sessions (which last between three to five days) to ensure that they efficiently use our solutions in their manufacturing or design processes

You will perform advanced software demonstrations adapted to the specific needs of our potential customers

You will also be asked to communicate the specific needs of our customers to the software development team

Further, you will actively participate in the development and marketing of our flagship product, PolyWorks

The primary work location for this position will be from your home. You will also be required to travel throughout the United States.

Qualifications

 

A University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field

 

Allowed to travel freely between Canada and the United States

 

Sociable and determined to understand and meet the needs of our customers

 

Experience with CAD/CAM software and design and manufacturing processes
