    The Project Leader (Marketing and Communication) reports directly to the Director of Marketing Operations. The successful candidate will primarily manage digital communication and web marketing projects and will advise in-house clients (subsidiaries and departments) on marketing and communication best practices. In addition, the marketing and communication project leader must gather and coordinate all in-house and outsourced activities in addition to completing follow-ups on projects and managing in-house and outsourced service providers.


    The project Leader's main responsibilities include:


    • Planning and coordinating activities and resources as well as establishing timelines for various marketing and communication projects and tracking them to ensure that objectives and budgets are met
    • Coordinating our website and social media activities
    • Developing, updating, and overseeing the communication schedule
    • Managing print production projects (mainly brochures) by coordinating production, printing, orders, and distribution
    • Managing all public communication activities (email campaigns and press releases)
    • Being an expert on various marketing and communication projects and providing support for any related inquiries
    • Managing in-house and subsidiary requests
    • Suggesting and promoting initiatives to improve work processes and methodologies and standardizing the way they are executed
    • Dispatching requests to the right resources (both in-house and outsourced)
    • Producing and distributing a variety of marketing materials
    • Assisting the marketing team in various tasks.


    Key qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or another relevant field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field
    • Advanced English (spoken and written)
    • Can impeccably write and edit marketing materials, in both French and English
    • Experience working with project management tools
