    We are currently looking for a Client Project Coordinator to join our fast-growing team.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Understand the corporate objectives related to the integration services offered
    • Enhance our technology integration services with the development, sales, and technical support teams
    • Develop methodologies and tools to support integration
    • Train employees assigned to projects (application engineers, developers, etc.) on methodologies
    • Support the sales team in developing new opportunities related to our integration services
    • Oversee multiple integration projects, including:
      • Analysis of customer needs
      • Training work teams
      • Project planning: work plans, timelines
      • in conjunction with sales team representatives, customer relationship management for the duration of the project: cost tracking, scheduling, communications management, risk management, etc.
    • Perform other related tasks

    Qualifications

    • 10-15 years of experience in project management
    • An engineering degree
    • Project management certification (PMI)
    • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
    • English/French bilingualism (spoken and written)
    • Teamwork and customer service oriented; responsible, detail-oriented, and autonomous
    • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 Suite
    • Asset experience in large manufacturing companies, more specifically in the automotive and aeronautics sectors
