    Reporting to the Vice-President of Sales and Worldwide Corporate Accounts, the director will be responsible for the management of the Direct Sales team comprised of account managers and technical representatives.


    • Assist and guide the team of account managers and technical representatives in achieving targeted goals
    • Take ownership of the dynamics of the corporate accounts in order to:
      • Steer the development strategy
      • Write a sales strategy in collaboration with the team
      • Ensure the exactness of the data in the sales opportunity funnel of the CRM
      • Advise, guide, and coach the Sales team in its development and in reaching its objectives
      • Negotiate special agreements
      • Measure performance and carry out necessary follow-ups related to various objectives
    • In accordance with InnovMetric’s consultative and collaborative sales approach, ensure that clients feel accompanied in order to maintain long-term relationships that are mutually beneficial
    • Contribute to the company’s strategic direction, with a good understanding of client and market needs, while seizing development opportunities
    • Participate in events and trade shows
    • Participate in the hiring and training of new account managers and technical representatives
    • Propose and participate in the development of new strategic initiatives

    • More than 10 years of experience in B2B sales strategies, including pertinent management experience
    • Sales experience with large accounts - products or software worth thousands of dollars
    • Available for travel, mostly in North America, 10 to 12 times per year (1 week\trip) in addition to commuting to the head office in Quebec City
    • University diploma in a relevant field (e.g.: management, business, engineering)
    • Mastery of English and French, both written and spoken
