    To support the growth of its high-tech 3D metrology software products and services in the automotive and aerospace industrial manufacturing markets, PolyWorks Shanghai is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to design, plan, and deliver creative digital marketing campaigns across its website, social media accounts, advertising platforms and other digital channels.

    The ideal candidate comes from a digital background and has a strong understanding of marketing tools and strategies for boosting B2B engagement and brand awareness. Strong previous digital campaigns execution from concept to qualified lead generation is essential in this role.

    Responsibilities

    • Strategize, plan, implement, deliver, track and optimize all digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to: email, social media, web site, and ads.
    • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
    • Content marketing, including copywriting and content production for newsletters, email campaigns, and blogs.
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Graphic Design skills to assist in the creation of digital ad banners.
    • Plan and organize website updates.
    • Manage and maintain digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Perform other related tasks to help meet marketing objectives.

    Qualifications

    • University degree in marketing, public relation, or related field with equivalent education and experience.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B high-tech industry, with demonstrated success in completing projects in the areas of: digital advertising, content marketing, social media and related fields.
    • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
    • In depth knowledge of SEO/SEM.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Working Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
    • Working knowledge of design and programming (HTML, HTML 5, CSS) of digital media;
    • Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
    • Good written and oral English skill for communication with the company headquarters in Canada.
