With our subsidiaries and joint ventures, we have more than 400 employees across 16 countries. Experiencing rapid growth, we are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Japanese subsidiary, located in Tokyo.


The evolution of our products has led to a large increase in customer deployment projects. Although we have solid technical expertise, we have a limited background in project management. We are therefore looking for someone who will help us set up a world-class project office.


  • Understand customer objectives related to integration services that are offered
  • Improve our technology integration services in collaboration with the development, sales, and technical support teams
  • Develop methodologies as well as integration support tools
  • Train employees assigned to projects (application specialists, developers, etc.) on methodologies
  • Support the sales team in the development of new leads related to our integration services
  • Take charge of various integration projects, which include:
    • The analysis of client needs
    • The training of work teams
    • Project planning: work plans, timetables
    • Various follow-ups (costs, timetables, communications management, risk management, etc.) in collaboration with representatives from the sales team
  • Perform any other related duties


  • 10-15 years of experience in project management
  • University degree in engineering
  • Certification in project management (PMI)
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong level of English (spoken and written)
  • Native level of Japanse (spoken and written)
  • Teamwork and customer-service oriented
  • Accountable, meticulous, and self-sufficient
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience in large manufacturing companies, more specifically in the automotive and aeronautical sectors (an asset)
