Responsibilities

As a member of a team responsible for the development and maintenance of our infrastructures, you will be required to optimize code as well as to make certain important components more robust and easier to maintain for our 3D metrology applications. In addition, you will contribute to the harmonious evolution of the architecture of these components to guarantee long-term API cohesion and scalability to meet future needs.

 

You will be part of an experienced team, will benefit from excellent coaching from your teammates upon your arrival and will actively participate in all stages of development, including analysis, technical design, programming, automation of testing and validation. We provide training on PolyWorks|Inspector™ to all new developers. We have been committed to the principles of agile development for over 15 years.

Qualifications

  • Have experience in object-oriented programming and a good knowledge of C++ language
  • Demonstrate a good ability to work on large projects, inside a large code base
  • Program in a clear and structured way while being aware of the maintenance, modularity, extensibility and compatibility requirements
  • Be autonomous, creative, quality conscious, resourceful and have good teamwork skills
  • Have a strong knowledge of French and an intermediate level knowledge of English (oral and written)

Assets

  • Familiar with Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Experience in data management (transactions, file formats)
  • Experience in IT project management
  • Knowledge of COM and/or REST
