InnovMetric’s marketing team is full of exciting and diverse projects that revolve around the enriching collaboration between colleagues. The Marketing Project Leader will act as a conductor who will plan, organize, and execute different communication, marketing, and event projects. On a daily basis, the Marketing Project Leader will be supported by a whole brigade of experts (media technician, graphic designer, writer, analyst, event counselor, administrative support). But that’s not all! You will be surrounded by developers, thinkers and creative people that will help build strong work relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Plan marketing communication projects while taking into account the objectives, budget, deadlines, available resources, pre-project activities collaboration of other departments and external suppliers
  • Coordinate the production and dissemination of the material related to the communication and marketing events (virtual and traditional)
  • Put in place appropriate quality control mechanisms
  • Ensure the internal communication for project elements and ensure the good communication with the different collaborators
  • Manage the demands for changes, pending issues, and inform and provide guidance to the managers about critical points that could potentially affect project developments
  • Organize and host statutory meetings for appropriate projects execution
  • Suggest initiatives in order to improve work processes and methods, and standardize their execution
  • Perform any other related tasks to support the team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree relevant to the position
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English
  • 5 years of experience in project management
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization skills regarding deadlines and resources
  • Strive to always deliver the best results to collaborators
  • Strong ability to establish priorities
  • Be comfortable working with the Microsoft Office 365 suite
