Responsibilities

Carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the assignment schedules of sales activities, allocate the resources needed, and follow up with the various stakeholders.
  • Plan and optimize travel related to sales activities carried out with our customers in North America.
  • Ensure effective communication on sales activities with customers, partners, and our internal teams involved. 

Support our network of sales partners:

  • Analyze, qualify, and process requests from potential customers or existing customers (requests for information, pricing, PolyWorks software trials, etc.)
  • Respond to various requests from our distribution partners (create quotes, confirm pricing, suggest solutions to submitted issues, monitor special offers, document new opportunities in the database, etc.)
  • Participate in the validation process of the work carried out by peers
  • Perform any other related tasks

Qualifications

  • Completed training in business administration or any other relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of sales
  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written
  • Communicates effectively with customers and internal resources
  • Cares about meeting the needs of our partners and customers
  • Shows interest in teamwork
  • Ability to multitask
  • Analytical skills for sometimes complex cases, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Autonomous, resourceful, and equipped with a high level of adaptability
  • Demonstrates cultural sensitivity
  • Knowledge of a CRM, such as Salesforce, considered an asset
