Application Specialist - Shanghai

We are currently looking for an Application Specialist to provide PolyWorks-related technical services in China. 

You didn’t have the chance to work with PolyWorks® yet? Don’t worry, our team of experts will provide the best training to allow you to perform the following tasks:

• Gain an in-depth knowledge of our solutions in order to provide basic and expert-level technical support to our customers.
• Provide to our customers training sessions (which last normally three/four days) to ensure that they efficiently use our solutions in their manufacturing or design processes.
• Perform advanced software demonstrations adapted to the specific needs of our potential customers.
• Communicate the specific needs of our customers to the software development team.

This position is primarily office-based and frequent travel across the Chinese territory (primarily Shanghai) is to be expected.

• University degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
• Good written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Sociable and determined to understand and meet the needs of our customers
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and design as well as manufacturing processes
• CNC CMM programming experience
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong interest for teamwork
