Responsibilities

  • Provide complete and customized technical training to our clients. This training aims to ensure the optimal use of PolyWorks in designing and manufacturing processes
  • Perform advanced demonstrations of our various software, tailored to the specific needs of our potential clients
  • Provide technical assistance to our user community, suggesting different options and solutions to their metrological challenges
  • Participate to events and trade shows related to the promotion of our software solutions
  • Contribute to various integration and personalization projects associated with the deployment of the company’s solution on our clients’ premises
  • Be involved in internal initiatives related to the ongoing improvement of our services and processes 
  • Perform any other related task

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Excellent written and spoken English (bilingualism is required)
  • Able to travel to the Americas
  • Sociable and determined to understand and meet the needs of our customers
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software and design and manufacturing processes, an asset
