Account Manager - Japan

Here are the responsibilities that our Account Manager will assume:  

• Maintain our high level of client satisfaction regarding our software and contact the Technical Support team to assist customers when necessary
• Visit existing as well as prospective clients and generate, qualify, and follow sales opportunities
• Participate in trade shows, promote the software and demonstrate its functionalities
• Work with the Inside Sales Specialist team to develop sales strategies and create new direct opportunities
• Assist partners with their sales process

• Hold a university degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field
• Have a minimum of five years of experience as a strategic sales representative who deals with major accounts (particularly with high-technology products)
• Have excellent teamwork and listening skills
• Have a desire to learn about the software and industry
• Demonstrate self-reliance, leadership, discernment, initiative, and determination
• Be fluent in written and spoken English (intermediate to advanced level)
