Overview

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to existing users of the software in Mexico to accelerate direct sales coverage, secure and promote support/maintenance contract renewals, and identify new sales opportunities
  • Participate actively in the onboarding experience of new customers, and more broadly in the continuous improvement of the customer journey
  • Generate well-qualified leads and transfer them to Account Managers
  • Assist Account Managers in booking meetings with clients and by reaching out to customers to boost attendance at different events or targeted campaign initiatives (marketing events, seminars, etc.)
  • Update the company database throughout the multiple conversations with clients
  • Complete any other tasks that may contribute to the sales department’s improvement, development and increase in sales.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must have a bachelor´s degree in Administration or similar
  • Have 3 years of experience in customer service and B2B sales
  • Possess the ability to build good relationships with clients
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (spoken and written), especially over the phone and by email
  • Candidate must be able to engage English-based conversations without any problem
  • Ease with the use of a CRM
  • Show a strong sense of organization and strategic time management
