Overview

If you like customer service, are detail-oriented, organized, and you can relate and communicate easily with others, this opportunity is for you! We have designed a 4-month period training program that will surely be a great experience for your professional development.

 

Not only will you develop yourself professionally, you will also increase your knowledge and give you meaningful work experience while contributing to the company with your valuable work.  

 

As part of the facilities services team you will help us achieve our goal of keeping the day-to-day operations and infrastructure of the office working in a smoothly, safely, and sustainable way.

Responsibilities

In this program, you will: 

 

  • Be involved in supplier management (contact, planning, execution, monitoring, and project delivery)
  • Provide customer support to internal clients and suppliers related to office management and functionality 
  • Manage the inventory of equipment and furniture of the office
  • Help to coordinate, manage, and supervise events and visits to the company
  • Participate in the development and implementation of internal projects related to facilities operations such as workspace and office functionality, asset management efficiency, and workplace safety measures
  • Help to develop the day-to-day activities at the office.

Qualifications

  • Have a bachelor´s degree in administration or similar
  • We highly value skills, such as negotiation, budget management, multi-tasking, and customer service
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Candidate must be familiar with Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
  • We highly value organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Candidate must be able to engage English-based conversations without any problem.
