Marketing Project Leader

As a project leader, you will act as an orchestra conductor responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of different marketing projects. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of talented experts in a stimulating environment that fosters opportunities to develop rewarding working relationships.

Specifically, you will be called upon to perform the following tasks:

• Plan communication and marketing projects while taking into account the objectives, budget, deadlines, available resources, pre-project activities, and necessary collaboration with different departments as well as external suppliers
• Coordinate the production and distribution of value-added marketing content
• Implement appropriate quality control mechanisms for deliverables
• Ensure the effective communication of project elements internally and coordinate collaborator involvement
• Manage change requests as well as outstanding items while informing and advising managers regarding any critical points that may affect the progression of projects

• Have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Be fluent in French and English
• Possess at least five years of experience in project management
• Be capable of acting quickly when an issue is identified
• Monitor deadlines and resources rigorously
• Strive to deliver the best results possible
• Be able to manage priorities effectively
• Master the Microsoft Office 365 suite
