Sales Support Agent - Quebec

In this role, you will collaborate with international colleagues and partners while representing a globally recognized company. Specifically, you will be expected to take on the following responsibilities:

• Process purchase orders from our customers and global partners
• Review incoming orders and verify that the information meets compliance standards
• Ensure that orders adhere to our internal policies and distribution agreements
• Issue software keys
• Monitor new requests and conduct follow-ups on a daily basis
• Contribute to the department’s continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare and forward corporate account renewal submissions
• Participate in the validation process of renewal submissions

• Possess relevant training in a related field
• Have a minimum of three years of experience in administration or sales
• Demonstrate an intermediate level of English, particularly in written communication
• Be fluent in written and spoken French
• Show proficiency in Microsoft O365, especially with regards to Excel and Teams
• Know how to operate a CRM with ease (knowledge of Salesforce will be considered an asset)
• Take an interest in structured and supervised administrative tasks
• Exhibit independence, resourcefulness, and strong teamwork skills
• Be meticulous and quality-conscious
• Manage priorities effectively
• Possess well-developed analytical skills and show flexibility in the face of change
