We are looking for a Process Improvement Advisor to join our Operational Excellence team. On a daily basis, you will be asked to collaborate with several dedicated teams and support them in the improvement of their work processes. A welcoming and dynamic professional environment awaits!

   

Here are the responsibilities that you will undertake:

Responsibilities

  • Guide teams from our head office and subsidiaries in improvement initiatives and change management processes, following a project management model defined by InnovMetric
  • Support teams as they develop and carry out projects aimed at achieving corporate objectives
  • Organize and lead meetings as well as workshops
  • Prepare project and implementation plans, and follow up on them
  • Help develop tools, strategies, and methods, particularly within collaborative platforms and CRMs such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Jira
  • Define, document and optimize company processes
  • Train teams to work with new processes and tools
  • Align deliverables with existing processes
  • Ensure that deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met
  • Assess project results and overall satisfaction
  • Perform any other related tasks

 

Qualifications

  • Hold a bachelor's degree either in industrial, computer, or software engineering, in administration (management profile), or any other related field
  • Have at least five years of experience in a similar role
  • Be proficient in several tools, including Microsoft 365
  • Be fluent in oral and written French and English (advanced level)*
  • Show excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a team environment
  • Possess good analytical and organizational skills
  • Stay on top of improvement opportunities while being open to change and innovation
  • Be detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Possess knowledge of programming or CRM/ERP management and administration (an asset)
