Responsibilities

  • Support our global network of subsidiaries and joint ventures in completing the sale of our enterprise solution
  • Coordinate the specifics of the sale with the departments involved and our global partners to ensure that the sales offer and purchase are aligned
  • Analyze the orders received and verify the accuracy of the information
  • Process purchase orders from international customers and partners while ensuring that all orders comply with our internal sales policies and distribution agreements
  • Create licenses and support contracts using the information provided by the customer
  • Issue software keys
  • Draft and send quotes for corporate account renewal
  • Verify the proper allocation of commissions to the applicable partners
  • Participate in the validation process of orders and corporate renewal bids
  • Participate in projects aiming to improve the order process and corporate offerings
  • Respond to various requests from internal and external customers

Qualifications

  • Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) or an Attestation of College Studies (ACS) in administration, office automation, or a related field
  • Have a minimum of three years of experience in administration or sales
  • Have an intermediate or advanced level of English*, especially in writing
  • Be very comfortable with the Office suite (Excel and Teams in particular)
  • Know how to work with a CRM (knowledge of Salesforce is an asset)
  • Possess strong analytical skills and a well-developed adaptability to change
  • Demonstrate an interest in supervised and structured administrative work
  • Be autonomous, resourceful, and able to communicate effectively
  • Have a solid understanding of the sales process
  • Work effectively in a team, whether in-person or remote
  • Be thorough and quality-conscious
  • Show strong prioritization skills
