We have an opportunity for you! PolyWorks Europa is looking for a Inside Sales Specialist to join its Czech Republic subsidiary team.

Responsibilities

  • Contact existing software users in Czech Republic to accelerate direct sales coverage and identify new sales opportunities
  • Qualify prospects and transfer them to account managers
  • Assist account managers in scheduling customer meetings
  • Update company database to ensure data integrity including opportunities and contacts during telephone conversations
  • Assist Account Managers in contacting customers to increase participation in various events or targeted campaign initiatives (marketing events, seminars, etc.) with the support of the European Operations team.
  • Perform any other tasks that may contribute to the Sales Department's improvement, development and sales growth.

 

This position reports functionally to the Lead Coordinator, Direct Sales, based in Quebec City, Canada, and requires occasional travel to customer events in Czech Republic and Europe.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service and sales
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to establish good relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly by telephone and e-mail
  • Ability to negotiate and influence positively
  • Comfortable using a CRM system, ideally Salesforce
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Fluent in Czech and good level of English - spoken and written, proficiency in Hungarian or Slovak is a plus.
