Responsibilities

Specifically, you will be expected to:

  • Prepare quotes and provide support to account managers
  • Participate in the renewal process of technical support contracts
  • Respond to internal and external customer requests by email and phone
  • Analyze customer requests to ensure compliance and efficient processing
  • Process evaluation requests and issue software licenses
  • Coordinate the assignment of application specialists to sales activities
  • Update and maintain data in the CRM system
  • Support our global network in deploying our enterprise solution

Qualifications

  • Have at least three years of experience in customer service
  • Be highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and familiar with CRM tools (knowledge of Salesforce is an asset)
  • Possess an advanced level of English*, both spoken and written
  • Be autonomous, resourceful, and an effective communicator
  • Collaborate actively in a team, both in person and remotely
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and openness to change
  • Manage priorities effectively and stay well organized
  • Be meticulous and quality-focus
  • Respond professionally to internal and external requests
  • Show interest in structured and organized administrative work
