As part of our team, you’ll report to the Director of Technical Expertise and collaborate closely with our coordinators. Your mission? To help plan, organize, and oversee the delivery of our training programs for PolyWorks users. You’ll also be the go-to person for responding to inquiries from clients and partners about our training offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the training schedule for clients and partners to meet demand and coordinate the travel of our trainers across North America
  • Assign application specialists to different training sessions based on their availability, skills, and geographic location
  • Keep the activity and assignment calendar of the technical expertise team up to date
  • Collaborate with numerous internal and external stakeholders to follow up on complex cases
  • Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of the processes and tools used daily
  • Assist in planning orientation and onboarding activities for new department employees
  • Perform other related tasks

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (advanced level) *essential*
  • Good aptitudes for clear and structured communications
  • Be comfortable with multitasking
  • Attention to detail and an advanced sense of organization
  • Being a good team player
  • Strong command of the tools in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience in using a CRM platform is an asset
  • Experience in coordinating events is an asset
