Marketing and Communications Assistant (Apprentice) – France

As a Marketing and Communications Assistant (Work-study program), you will support the marketing team in deploying our brand strategy across Europe, in line with the global strategy defined by our headquarters based in Quebec, Canada. As part of this role, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the brand and reputation of PolyWorks Europa.

Under the supervision of the Vice President of Marketing Europe, you will be called upon to:

• Support the marketing team in rolling out PolyWorks Europa's brand strategy across Europe
• Define brand positioning and key messages, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications
• Create and publish content on LinkedIn, manage online communities, and engage with our audience

• Design brochures, videos, promotional items, advertisements, and other communication tools in collaboration with external partners
• Support the organization of trade shows, seminars, and customer events, with a focus on logistics, coordination, and venue sourcing
• Train internal teams on brand usage and actively promote brand influence
• Oversee print production, manage promotional items, and coordinate shipments to our European subsidiaries
• Seek and identify new opportunities for communication and content distribution

• Be enrolled in a business, communication, or marketing program (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
• Show a strong interest in communication, digital marketing, and event planning
• Write fluently in French and possess advanced oral and written skills in English
• Demonstrate creativity, organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
• Be familiar with desktop publishing tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or video editing software (an asset)
