As a project leader, you will act as a conductor orchestrating the planning, organization, and execution of diverse marketing projects—from carrying out promotional campaigns to developing automated marketing processes and sales support tools.

 

As a member of such a multidisciplinary team, you’ll forge valuable professional relationships and contribute to a culture where teamwork fuels progress.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and resources, while overseeing effective collaboration with external departments and suppliers
  • Coordinate the deployment of multichannel campaigns with creative and content teams
  • Manage the marketing calendar and supervise the production of graphic assets and visual content
  • Ensure brand consistency and strict adherence to identity guidelines across all deliverables
  • Develop and update sales support tools—including presentations, product sheets, case studies, and pitches—in partnership with the sales team
  • Design and optimize automated customer journeys, segment audiences, and personalize communications for maximum engagement
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor best practices in marketing project management

Qualifications

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, project management, or a related field
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in marketing project management
  • Be fluent in written and spoken French and English
  • Master Microsoft Office 365 tools
  • Be familiar with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday, Trello, Jira, etc.
  • Be able to act quickly to resolve issues as they arise
  • Monitor deadlines and resources rigorously
  • Strive to always deliver the best possible results
  • Prioritize effectively and be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Foster collaboration and communicate clearly with different stakeholders
  • Demonstrate autonomy, good organizational skills, and strong attention to detail
