Account Manager - France

Are you organized, proactive, and known for your ability to build strong relationships and deliver on ambitious goals? Our team needs you as an Account Manager!

Based in the Paris area and reporting to the Vice President of Direct Sales, Europe, you will play a key role in developing and retaining our customer base in France. You will represent cutting-edge technological solutions in the field of 3D metrology, helping transform our clients’ industrial processes.

More specifically, you will be responsible to:

• Lead in-depth discussions to understand customer needs and demonstrate the value of our solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Leverage your network and industry knowledge to build trust and credibility
• Support the deployment of our PolyWorks^® solutions
• Drive a high level of customer satisfaction
• Identify new opportunities within our existing customer base
• Perform basic software demonstrations and support customers throughout their evaluation process

• Have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of industrial processes (manufacturing, inspection, plan reading, GD&T, and CAD)
• Exhibit excellent negotiation skills
• Apply a consultative approach
• Show autonomy, leadership, and an outstanding customer-service mindset
• Be fluent in French and possess a good level of English (oral and written)
• Be familiar with 3D metrology and/or our PolyWorks solutions (an asset)
• Be willing to travel frequently across France (valid driver's license required)
