Inside Sales Specialist - Korea

• Contact existing software users to accelerate direct sales coverage and identify new sales opportunities
• Qualify prospects and transfer them to Account Managers
• Assist Account Managers in scheduling customer meetings
• Update company database to ensure data integrity including opportunities and contacts during telephone conversations
• Assist Account Managers in contacting customers to increase participation in various events or targeted campaign initiatives (marketing events, seminars, etc.)
• Perform any other tasks that may contribute to the sales department's improvement, development and sales growth

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and sales
• Demonstrate a strong ability to establish good relationships with customers
• Possess strong communication skills, particularly by telephone and e-mail
• Know how to negotiate and influence positively
• Be comfortable using a CRM system, ideally Salesforce
• Show strong organizational skills
• Have a good level of English* - spoken and written
