Application Specialist - Monterrey

As an Application Specialist in the PolyWorks Mexico team, you will provide technical support to our customers and partners for our software, to maximize its use and guarantee their satisfaction.

• Conduct PolyWorks software training

• Provide technical support as well as basic and advanced training to our clients and business partners

• Expand your knowledge of our industrial metrology solutions

• Help our business partners by presenting our software to potential customers

• Train and update clients on how to use the software

• Provide demos of PolyWorks products

• Participate in events, expos, seminars and CoWorkings in collaboration with the Marketing team

• Travel throughout Mexico and abroad

• Other related tasks

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or in a related subject
• At least 3 years of experience as a Metrologist
• Previous knowledge of metrology software and the use of metrology devices
• High availability to travel nationally and abroad
• Experience with CAD / CAM software
• Intermediate level of English
• Must be customer-oriented, disciplined, and responsible
• Display initiative, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
