Data Analyst, Digital Thread - India

If so, we have an opportunity for you! The Gateway team is looking for a Data Analyst to help build and evolve the data ecosystem supporting InnovMetric's Digital Thread strategy. In this role, you will create data solutions, dashboards, integrations, and API-driven tools that make key data accessible to internal teams, partners, and customers.

You will work in an Agile environment with global colleagues and technology partners to clarify data needs and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technology partners, and customers to understand data enablement requirements and validate proposed solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data integration solutions that support Digital Thread initiatives
• Build and leverage API-based integrations to extract, transform, and expose dimensional and operational data
• Develop reusable and scalable data solutions that facilitate data accessibility and decision-making
• Ensure the quality, reliability, and documentation of developed tools before production deployment
• Participate in testing, delivery, and continuous improvement activities
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives
• Perform other related tasks supporting the evolution of InnovMetric's Digital Thread ecosystem

• Hold a degree in computer science, engineering, data analytics, or related field 

• Have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data integration 
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with designing dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel 

• Demonstrate solid understanding of data transformation and modeling concepts, including Power Query and DAX 
• Have experience working with REST APIs and integrating data from multiple sources
• Demonstrate proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python and/or C#
• Be familiar with third-party manufacturing, quality, or enterprise data analysis tools (an asset) 

• Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to share information effectively across digital platforms 

• Show autonomy, initiative and resourcefulness 

• Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Be fluent in written and spoken English
