As an Operations Support Agent, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of our offices. You will be involved in a variety of practical tasks that will help you develop your autonomy and sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a welcoming and professional presence at the front desk
  • Greet visitors and respond to internal resquests
  • Support teams with daily operational and administrative requests
  • Participate in infrastructure management (spaces, equipment, logistical needs)
  • Manage inventories, including tracking and restocking supplies, as well as maintaining and managing the snack counter
  • Help maintain an organized and functional work environment

Qualifications

  • Be enrolled in a relevant program (DEC in office administration, business administration, or a related field), or have a strong interest in a summer contract in this type of role
  • Be available full-time during the summer period
  • Demonstrate strong service orientation and initiative
  • Show versatility and strong organizational skills
  • Enjoy a hands-on role at the heart of daily operations
