Application Specialist - Korea

By joining our team, you will play a key role in helping our customers maximize the value of our solutions within their manufacturing and engineering processes. You will work with cutting-edge metrology and 3D measurement technologies, and thrive in a collaborative environment that values expertise, autonomy and innovation. 

• Develop an in-depth understanding of PolyWorks® solutions to provide both basic and advanced technical support to customers   

• Provide customer training sessions (typically lasting three days) to ensure effective and efficient use of our software 

• Perform advanced software demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of prospective customers   

• Act as the voice of the customer by communicating their needs and feedback to our software development team 

• Participate to events and trade shows related to the promotion of our software solutions 

• Hold a university degree in mechanical engineering, quality management, metrology or a related field   

• Have experience with CAD/CAM or 3D metrology software, and understanding of measurement, inspections and manufacturing processes

• Be willing to travel in South Korea  

• Demonstrate a client-focused approach by proactively understanding and meeting customer needs

Please note that this position allows for remote work, with the working arrangement varying based on the employee’s location and regular travel across South Korea.
