C++ Developer, Tomography Solutions – France

Would you like to contribute to the development of innovative solutions at the intersection of 3D metrology and X-ray imaging? Join the Alpes team and take part in advancing a specialized product designed to transform complex data into actionable results for the manufacturing industry.

As a C++ Developer, you will help make the wealth of CT data accessible to PolyWorks|Inspector™ users. In particular, you will contribute to the development of functionalities used to compare the internal and external geometry of a physical part with its CAD model. You will work on key components such as image reconstruction, voxel-based visualization, material integrity analysis, precise surface extraction, and GPU performance optimization.

More specifically, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain C++ functionalities for our CT plug-in
• Contribute to the advancement of X-ray imaging and 3D metrology solutions
• Perform software testing, debugging, and validation activities
• Collaborate closely with fellow developers, the Product Owner, and other teams
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint reviews, planning sessions, and retrospectives
• Optimize CPU and GPU performance while contributing to overall product quality
• Take part in technical decisions and the continuous improvement of the software architecture

• Have 3 to 5 years of experience developing C++ software in a structured environment
• Hold a degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Demonstrate proficiency with CUDA and a solid understanding of 2D and 3D image processing concepts
• Apply CPU and GPU performance optimization techniques
• Demonstrate strong analytical and design skills, along with the ability to take ownership of technical projects
• Possess knowledge of X-ray imaging or computed tomography (an asset)
